Helping you heal your relationship with food through compassionate, inclusive, and affirming eating disorder care

Hey, I’m kris! (they/them)
Welcome to nourisheded

A little bit about me: I’m a queer, trans, non-binary, and multiply neurodivergent registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders (including ARFID!), disordered eating, and neurodivergent eating support. As a young adult, I struggled with food insecurity, dysphoria, and my own eating disorder with acute health complications, so I know first-hand how debilitating a bad relationship with food and your body can be, how difficult finding affirming care can be, and how beautiful healing can be! That’s why I do what I do.

Here at NourishedED, my private practice, I prioritize client autonomy and informed consent, utilizing a harm reduction approach and offering trauma-sensitive, fat-positive, and HAES-aligned care. I recognize the countless structural and systemic issues—like fatphobia, transphobia, racism, and ableism—that affect our relationships with our bodies and food. My goal is to provide a tailored, individualized experience that considers these factors and how they impact your daily life and recovery.
